Volleyball great Jheck Dionela and basketball alumni Chester Tolomia and Jett Vidal were in unison that the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA had taught them not only on-court skills but more so values outside of the field.
They shared this on the latest episode of 'Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96'.
Dionela, who is billed as one of the most talented liberos in the country, said that her alma mater had instilled into her perseverance, hard work, and courage---all of which remain to be the former Lady Altas’ principle in life.
Meanwhile, both Tolomia and Vidal stressed that they have learned a different kind of discipline from the institution, which they said they are applying not only in sports but in life in general.

Concurrent Perpetual head coach Myk Saguiguit, who was named to the position late last year, also visited the studio and shared some of his outlook for the season.
He teamed up with Vidal while Tolomia partnered with Kapuso actress Lexi Gonzalez in a game where hosts Martin Javier and Sophia Senoron would ask Perpetual-related questions and celebrity guesser Ian Red would pick his answers.
The players will then tell whether they agree or disagree on Ian Red’s answers.
Watch GMA Synergy's 'Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96' every weekday (2:45 p.m.), Saturdays (4:30 p.m.), and Sundays (5:05 p.m.) on GTV.
