Believe it or not, Kapuso primetime king Dingdong Dantes is one proud NCAA alumnus!
The 40-year-old Dantes, before he was in the limelight as a multi-awarded actor, commercial model, goodwill ambassador, and a businessman, was once part of the San Beda University cheerleading squad.
He shared on the show 'Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96' his fondest memories as part of the NCAA and his thoughts after his beloved league has found its way to its new home—the GMA Network.
He also taught host Martin Javier a workout called ‘EMOM’ (Every Minute On the Minute) which is an exercise routine he observed while on lockdown as it requires no equipment.

Meanwhile, Letran’s Mark Javillonar shared how he idolizes his brother, Jeff, and how his older pal inspired him to continue playing basketball despite life’s challenges.
The same goes for Jose Rizal University’s Darius Estrella, who sustained an injury in his early years with the Heavy Bombers but was given motivation by his idol, Scottie Thompson, to get back on his feet and fight through.
Christian Fajarito of Letran basketball shared how he also found a unique love and passion for basketball, which was influenced by his father.
