Javee Mocon is officially a college graduate!
In an Instagram post on Friday, the Rain or Shine player thanked San Beda University (SBU), the school he represented back in his National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) days.
"Thank you San Beda University! My Career, my life changed because of you. Once a Lion, always a Lion," he wrote in the caption of his post.
Mocon, who finished with a degree in Marketing Management, wished that things were different for his graduation.
"Nakamartsa sana with my batchmates," he wrote.
His SBU teammate, Robert Bolick, replied to his post saying, "Yes sir!!!!! My buddy sabay!"
Bolick, back in August, also thanked the Mendiola-based university as he graduated.
Mocon was part of the Red Lions that won the NCAA men's basketball championship in 2014, 2016, 2017, and 2018, and capped his collegiate career with a Finals MVP award. He was drafted by the Rain or Shine Elastopainters in the PBA in 2018.
