In an interesting development, Louie Sangalang committed no fouls in Colegio de San Juan de Letran's 72-68 escape of Emilio Aguinaldo College on Wednesday.
This came after two previous games against San Sebastian College-Recoletos and University of Perpetual Help System DALTA where the veteran bruiser fouled out.
But against the Generals, Sangalang was able to finish the game without even getting whistled for a single foul.
And Letran head coach Bonnie Tan is liking the effort from his 24-year-old slotman in trying to control his emotions.
"Tao lang, may emotions na nadadala niya sa game but nagta-try naman yung bata sa whatever changes na gusto ng league so 'di naman 'yan overnight," Tan said.
"But, at least sa game ngayon no fouls and that's a positive thing for him and for the team."
Sangalang earlier said that he's trying to change his demeanor on the court following a two-game suspension.
