EAC's Ralph Bajon steps up in absence of suspended Robin, Gurtiza

Despite missing two important players in Ralph Robin and King Gurtiza, Emilio Aguinaldo College was able to score one of the biggest upsets in NCAA Season 98.

The Generals, who were 0-9 before the game, eked out an 80-75 stunner over the previously 7-1 De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Blazers to barge into the win column.

And they were able to do it thanks in part to a huge breakout game from rookie Ralph Bajon.

Bajon, who usually comes off the bench, started against the Blazers and delivered for the team, finishing with 16 points, three rebounds, two steals, and one assist.

He was glad to make the most of the minutes EAC head coach Oliver Bunyi gave him in this game.

But Bajon and the Generals know it's still a long way ahead as the second round has just begun with all teams hungry to win every game.
