JM Bravo expected to return for LPU, says coach Malabanan

Additional help is coming on its way for Lyceum of the Philippines University as JM Bravo is expected to play in the Pirates' upcoming game against Emilio Aguinaldo College.

LPU head coach Gilbert Malabanan on Friday revealed that Bravo got the clearance to play after the latter fell unconscious during their game against Arellano University last October 19.

"Honestly, nae-excite ako kasi first time naming makukumpleto against EAC. Meron na siyang clearance from his doctor na fit to play na siya," Malabanan said.

Bravo fell unconscious after an unintentional collision with Arellano's Renzo Abiera and according to his doctors, the wingman said it might be due to fatigue.

Aside from Bravo, LPU has been bugged with injury this season with the likes of Mclaude Guadaña and Michael Versoza missing some games due to their respective conditions.

The Pirates are currently in the Final Four picture with an 8-8 win-loss record and will still play De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde after their EAC match on Tuesday.
