San Sebastian in search of new partner ahead of NCAA Season 101

San Sebastian College-Recoletos is seeking to secure a new partner as the Stags hope to regain their winning ways come NCAA Season 101 later this year.

Rev. Fr. Rafael B. Pecson, OAR, said in a statement that the men's basketball team has already parted ways with Pilipinas Super League.

"The contract between the SSC-R Manila Basketball Team and its sponsor, Pilipinas Super League, has officially concluded, with both parties mutually agreeing not to renew the agreement," Pecson said in a statement posted on San Sebastian's social media account.

San Sebastian is now searching for its next patron who will provide opportunities for growth for the Stags.

"SSC-R Manila is now open to new sponsorship opportunities for the team's continued growth and success. Interested sponsors are invited to inquire for further details," Pecson added in its statement.

The last time San Sebastian hoisted the NCAA crown was still in 2009 with the 'Pinatubo Trio' of Calvin Abueva, Ian Sanggalang, and Ronald Pascual leading the charge. The Stags' last Final Four appearance, meanwhile, was in 2019 when they reached the semifinals of Season 95 before bowing to Letran in the stepladder round.
