Lyceum of the Philippines University bounced back with a 74-67 win over San Sebastian College-Recoletos in the NCAA Season 101 juniors basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The Junior Pirates recovered from a 70-62 loss to the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA last Sunday.
Steven Creus led the way with a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds, along with one assist. Lamarcus Pelayo and James Nodalo added 11 and 10 points, respectively.
JC Ynot paced the Staglets with 18 points, while Khaizer Castillo and Brown Tepan chipped in 17 and 12 points, respectively.
With the win, LPU improved to 2-1, while San Sebastian remained winless at 0-3.
