Rookie sensation Jhuniel Dela Rama remains uncertain whether he’ll return to San Sebastian College-Recoletos for his sophomore year or explore opportunities elsewhere.

The 6-foot-2 high-leaping rookie guard revealed he’s considering a move to another school but did not disclose whether it would be within the NCAA or in another league.

He did reveal, however, that he intends to go wherever Stags head coach Rob Labagala goes.

Dela Rama said on Tuesday.

(If I'm given the chance, I'd go with Coach Rob where he goes. If he stays, I'll stay too. If not... there are a lot of schools asking but I haven't been entertaining them. Any school is okay with me.)

Dela Rama was impressive in his first collegiate stint, emerging as San Sebastian's top scorer with 13.62 rebounds while also leading the league in rebounds with 10.77 boards a game through the elimination round.

In their play-in match against Lyceum of the Philippines University, Dela Rama made sure to leave it all on the floor after detonating for yet another double-double of 17 markers and 15 boards as they absorbed a 70-63 loss to end their campaign

Dela Rama, though, expressed pride with how their season turned out despite encountering multiple challenges along the way, including financial issues that surrounded the coaching staff and the players.

(We don't know what will happen to us. There have been problems, I don't know who's coming in. We're just waiting.)
