Bolick plays chef, Coach Boyet reveals first love as San Beda visits ‘Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96’

It’s the turn of San Beda University to make some noise on Wednesday’s episode of the ‘Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96’.

Former King Lion himself Robert Bolick dropped by and recalled the historic moments where the squad snared their three-straight NCAA title back in 2018. But aside from that, he also agreed to show off his never-before-seen cooking skills.

He went up against Dondon Roxas of the San Beda swimming team in the first-ever ‘NCAA cook-off challenge’ where chef JR Royol served as judge.

Bolick’s past mentor in Boyet Fernandez also paid a visit to the show via Zoom.

The decorated mentor revealed that nursing---not basketball---was his first love after having passed the Nursing Board Exam. The 49-year-old tactician, though, stressed that basketball may not be his first love but it sure is his last one.

Watch GMA Synergy's 'Rise Up Stronger: The Road to NCAA Season 96' every weekday (2:45 p.m.), Saturdays (4:30 p.m.), and Sundays (5:05 p.m.) on GTV.
