San Sebastian College-Recoletos will have a balanced mix of returnees and youngsters when the Lady Stags open their campaign in NCAA Season 100 right at their usual stomping grounds on Friday.
Kath Santos, NCAA Season 97 Rookie of the Year, will return for the centennial season, along with head coach Roger Gorayeb's trusted stalwarts KJ Dionisio and Christina Marasigan.
Back in Season 97, the Lady Stags made it to the Final Four with a 6-3 card, but the past two seasons saw San Sebastian struggle with a 3-6 card in Season 98, and one less win in Season 99.
However, aside from the veterans, San Sebastian also still has Chloi Lazarte, Jassy Lumibao, Zenith Deposoy, Von Dimaculangan, and Juna May Gonzales.
Joining the squad are Jaimee Bacolod, Jercine Mae Balajadia, Divine Garcia, Princess Ramos, and Sofiah Ruiz.
The men's team, meanwhile, finished seventh last season with a 4-5 card.
Kyle Villamor, Lheann Yape, Enzo Leal, Jan Kerk Araño, and Aaron Binondo are returning along with Christian Alba, Jilbert Duguen, Joshua Espenida, Cedric Lim, Jezreel Marcos, and Reniel Suga.
Shawn Cuadra, Sarif Galindo, Justine Santos, and John Eric Sarisari will also join the Golden Stags.
