Buddy goes back to being the Cake Boss as Kitchen Boss airs its final season

Fan favorite Buddy Valastro returns to TLC this January to share more of his tried and tested recipes with viewers as Kitchen Boss returns with its newest and final season. Join Buddy as he whips up a wide array of simple but delicious dishes that the whole family will enjoy - from pasta to pudding and fajitas to frittatas. 

 

On top of the classic family recipes, in Kitchen Boss 2 Buddy thinks out of the box and tries out new recipes to take viewers’ taste buds all around the world. And in true Italiano style, it’s always all about the famiglia and this season is no different as Buddy rounds up familiar faces all of whom play sous chef and even show him some recipes of their own. 

 

In this latest season, Buddy continues to showcase classic Italian dishes beloved by the Valastros but he also tries his hand at some new cuisine too, including Asian and Mexican! He divulges some of his grandmother’s secret recipes and provides simple tips to make a mouthwatering meal. 

 

Whether he is preparing comfort food staples like his mama’s healing chicken soup and veal chop parmesan or new fare like sizzling steak fajitas and a fresh tuna tartare, Buddy still stays true to his roots as a baker and knows the perfect, and sweetest, ending to every meal – dessert, be it parfaits or tiramisu!

 

To spice it up, Buddy invites various guests, including his wife, sisters Madeline and Lisa, and other members of his family, to join him in his kitchen to give viewers advice on cooking these meals with ease and partake in these flavorsome feasts.

 

This may be the end of Kitchen Boss but this is certainly not the last of Buddy! It’s time to put on an apron, get cooking and dig in with Buddy this January.
