Ang Buhay ay Pelikula: FEU Theater Guild's Valentine's Day offering

The Far Eastern University Theater Guild (FTG), in cooperation with the FEU President’s Committee on Culture (FEU PCC), will be offering another sweet gift for everyone this coming Valentine’s Day.

 

FTG presents Ang Buhay ay Pelikula, a 1989 Palanca Award-winning play written by multi-awarded actor, writer, director, and producer Dennis  Marasigan.

 

Directed by Dudz Teraña, Ang Buhay ay Pelikula is a comedic take on the roots of Philippine film, its business side, its stereotyping of actors and actresses, and its importance to the masses.

 

FTG alumna and Philippine Educational Theater Association actress Divina Aucina plays the lead character “Mother”. 

 

Performances will be on February 14 and 15, 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the FEU Auditorium. Tickets are at Php100.00 each.
