Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines Gloria Macapagal Arroyo administered the oath of office of the 2019 officers and board of governors of the Manila Overseas Press Club (MOPC) at the Batasang Pambansa, Quezon City last May 21, 2019.

Present during the oath-taking were MOPC Chairman Emeritus Emil Jurado of the Manila Standard; Chairman Antonio S. Lopez of BizNews Asia Publisher; Treasurer Nelia T. Gonzalez of Asiaworld Properties; Secretary Maloli Espinosa-Supnet of Masbate Community Broadcasting Company with the Board of Governors Angela Javier Cruz of GMA Network; Elizabeth Lee of E Motors; Arthur Lopez of AML Hotel Consultancy; and Consul General Atsushi Kuwabara of the Japanese Embassy. Not in photo are MOPC Vice Chairman Ambassador Jose Manuel Romualdez and President Eric Canoy who were out of the country and other members of the board who were not present during the ceremony.
