PhilEd Conference 2025 to gather 3,500 education leaders to tackle reforms, learning gaps
More than 3,500 educators and school leaders are set to gather on December 2 to 4, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City for the 2025 Philippine Education Conference (PhilEd Conference), one of the country’s largest forums on education policy and reform.
Organized by the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), this year’s conference carries the theme “Changing the Narrative of Philippine Education by Making Reforms Work.”
The event aims to highlight ongoing reform initiatives, examine persistent challenges in the sector, and deepen collaboration between government and private institutions.
Held every two years since 2013, the PhilEd Conference brings together local and international speakers from government, top schools, and education-focused organizations.
The 2025 program will feature discussions on learning recovery, teacher support, equity in access, and the evolving role of private education in complementing the public system.
PEAC will also present updates on major government-private sector programs it co-implements with the Department of Education, including the Education Service Contracting (ESC), Teachers’ Salary Subsidy (TSS), and the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHSVP), which collectively benefit more than 2 million learners across over 8,000 schools.
“The conference provides a unique opportunity to connect with fellow educators, learn from experts, and explore strategies to move education forward,” PEAC executive director Rhodora Angela Fernandez Ferrer said.
Registration and program updates are available at philed.peac.org.ph, with additional content on the PEAC Facebook and YouTube channels.
