Victoria Sports Club launches first fun run to build healthier, more sustainable communities
Victoria Sports Club, the metro’s largest integrated wellness and lifestyle destination, is set to raise the bar in community-driven fitness as it stages its first-ever fun run, reinforcing its commitment to health, social responsibility, and sustainable community development.
Home to state-of-the-art fitness centers, a swimming pool, spa, restaurant, and the VS Hotel and Convention Center, Victoria Sports Club has positioned itself as a complete wellness ecosystem.
The inaugural fun run reflects the brand’s evolving role beyond fitness, aiming to foster stronger connections among its members while encouraging an active and purpose- driven lifestyle across the city.
According to Group General Manager Dr. Mario Isic, the event represents a core pillar of the organization’s vision. He shared that staging the fun run is part of Victoria Sports Club’s broader efforts to help build healthier communities in the metro.
He added that supporting respected non-government organizations such as Save the Children Philippines and the Philippine Animal Welfare Society demonstrates the club’s holistic approach to wellness and its commitment to sustainable community development.
Proceeds and donations from the event will directly benefit Save the Children Philippines and PAWS, aligning physical activity with meaningful social impact.
The run will also be led by Save the Children ambassador and Kapuso star Barbie Forteza, who has been actively involved in advocacy-driven fun runs and wellness initiatives.
Joining her are fellow celebrities Jake Vargas and Inah de Belen, along with influential digital personalities including Kimpoy Feliciano, Agassi Noriega, Rendon Labador, Haring Bangis, Boss Madam, and the Misters of Filipinas kings, among others.
With this initiative, Victoria Sports Club further cements its reputation as a preferred destination for wellness activities, advocacy events, and social gatherings. The fun run not only celebrates movement and fitness but also highlights how lifestyle venues can consistently play a meaningful role in shaping healthier, more compassionate communities.
