Squawk! The Angry Birds have slingshot to social networking juggernaut Facebook.
The massively popular game was made available to Facebook's more than 800 million members hours before its official launch in Jakarta, tech site Mashable reported.

"The Facebook app, as you might imagine, features the same disgruntled avians and addictive gameplay you’ve seen in mobile and desktop version of the game," it said.
It added the Facebook version of the game will also feature added social components, brand new power-ups, and Facebook-exclusive levels.
Facebook users can access the site at http://facebook.angrybirds.com/.
Mashable noted "Angry Games" has been downloaded over 700 million times since its release for Apple’s iOS in December 2009.
"(W)ith Facebook’s 800 million users, it’s bound to hit one billion soon," it said.
"Angry Birds" has made its maker Rovio a gaming powerhouse, with reports it may go public as soon as 2012.
Mashable quoted CMO Peter Vesterbacka as saying Rovio is now worth more than $1 billion. — TJD, GMA News
