WATCH: YouScooper catches ‘dust devil’ at UST campus on video

A dust devil, or whirlwind, was seen inside the campus of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila on Saturday afternoon. 
 
A YouScooper caught the moment on video, along with other students who seemed to freeze in their tracks as they watched the dust devil move within the university's open field.

Doria said that the dust devil lasted for up to three minutes and dissipated after tipping over some trash bins.

According to PAGASA, dust devils are normal during the dry season.
