HD drone video showing 'new, improved' Roxas Boulevard
The front row to the famous Manila Bay sunset just got a makeover.
Urban planner Paulo Alcazaren boasted as much in a drone video he shared on his Facebook account.
If you have time this weekend, come on down to the made-over Roxas Boulevard. Clean, green, and open to everyone. Walk, bike, jog, or saunter, down the two-kilometer esplanade on either side of the road (both sides have been improved to be pedestrian and bike friendly, better lit and better paved). Bring a friend ...or the whole barkada. If government continues to invest in infrastructure for people and bike riders as a priority over vehicles, then we can re-make our cities to provide better settings for social interaction, recreation, the development of civic spirit and public fun! (best enjoyed in HD, where internet speeds allow)
