Duterte meets boy in a viral video calling him to get rid of ‘bad guys’

A four-year-old boy who went viral after pretend-phoning President Rodrigo Duterte on his walkie-talkie made a different kind of call on Tuesday.

Filipino-British kid Ethan Richmond made a courtesy call, meeting with the President and even sitting on his lap.

Duterte cheerfully greeted the young kid and upon picking him up, introduced him to the press: "This is Ethan, my friend."

The President can also be heard using "The People's Palace" instead of "Malacañang Palace" when he welcomed Ethan to his office. In exchange, Ethan gave the President a hug.

Ethan gained Internet fame after appearing in videos where he expressed his support for Duterte and even the campaign against drugs, which he described as "naughty."

"I love Tatay Digong because he is so good," Ethan said, adding that he really wants to see his idol.
