Teen receives bouquet of nuggets from boyfriend
It's food over flowers for 19-year-old Annika Aguinaldo and her boyfriend Rico Villanueva took her hint. On January 22, Rico surprised Annika with a bouquet of chicken nuggets.
"I told him I didn't like flowers, so he got me a bouquet of chicken nuggets, and I pretty much became the happiest girl on the planet," Annika wrote on Twitter, where she shared a photo of the moment.

The tweet has been liked over 38,000 times and the story made it's way to BuzzFeed. Annika told BuzzFeed reporter Rachael Krishna that they regularly surprise each other with food gifts, especially if they know the other hasn't eaten.
Since being featured, more people have dubbed the gesture sweet and the pair as #goals.
