Kris Aquino dares ex-business partner Nicko Falcis to file grave threats charge against her
On Instagram Sunday, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino dared her ex-business partner Nicko Falcis to file grave threats charge against her.
"Mr. Falcis, please complete the full text of what was shouted at you on September 26, 2018. Why fear the whole truth? I was in QC, you were in Bangkok. Please personally file your grave threats charge against me with any prosecutor in any region where a KRIS AQUINO will be most hated. 52 days already passed. Justice delayed is Justice denied," Kris Aquino said in a statement, which was included in the video montage posted on her Instagram.
In the same video, Aquino flashed her lawyers' official statement:
It is surprising why the brother of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., is the one making a public statement on his behalf. Ms. Kris Aquino filed cases against Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr. He has not submitted any counter-affidavit until now.
There is no warrant for his arrest. Why is he hiding? Flight is an admission of guilt. Ms. Kris Aquino is not capable of having someone killed. That is why she filed cases in the proper forum. Because she believes in the legal process. She will be filing other cases But we will not discuss the cases in media.These cases are best resolved in the prosecutor's office and in the courts. We tried to reach out to amicably settle these cases. It was Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr., his relatives and his lawyers who were unreasonable, unwilling and insincere. We give you screenshots of the text messages between us and the lawyers of Mr. Nicardo Falcis, Jr. These exchanges will show that Ms. Kris Aquino is telling the truth.
Apart from the statements from Kris and her lawyers, the video montage featured screenshots of text messages between Kris' lawyer Ricky dela Cruz of Divina Law Office and Nicko's attorney, Regi Ponferrada of Ponferrada Ty Law Office.
The text messages show that Kris had wanted Nicko's mom and sister to attend the meeting and file an SPA or special power of attorney, but Nicko refused to give an SPA to his sister, and said he wanted to personally sign the documents.
Kris' reaction is in relation to the statement released by Falcis' brother, Atty. Jesus, on Thursday November 15. In the statement, he had alleged that Kris threatened Nicko.

"I know for a fact that Ms. Aquino threatened my brother: 'You f*cking a*sh*le Nicko!... Dare to step in this country and you will be dead'," he said.
Following the release of his statement, Atty. Jesus took to Instagram posting a screenshot of a list of expenses and called Aquino, "Kris the liar."
Atty. Falcis questioned why his brother Nicko was charged for Kris' and other KCAP staff's hotel accommodations and airfare.
Kris the liar says the credit card charges were unauthorized personal expenses of my brother.
Personal expense pala ng kapatid ko ang Cathay Pacific flight mo and pag stay mo sa Marco Polo Hotel, Ms. Aquino? Pati entourage mo personal expense ng Kuya ko?
Grabe ka naman ikaw ang gusto magsama ng 10-20 people tapos gastos pala ng Kuya ko yun? Sagot pala nya si Alvin, Bincai, Jack, at iba pa??? Haha si Kuya na pala boss nila!P.S. Sa mga feeling omniscient, 3 lang ang sponsored ng Cathay - si Kris, Josh, and Bimb - under their contract.

In her Sunday post, Kris countered Atty. Falcis post and said that with her high profile career, she is aware that everything about her can be scrutinized, but not her financial dealings.
"The millions I earn give you the right to judge me, my past, my mistakes, and even my choice in men... yet nobody can ever justifiably say that there is anything remotely questionable about my financial dealings, my trustworthiness about money, and most especially the transparency and absolute spotlessness of my BIR tax records."
She said she has heard a lot of insults but she is never a "lying queen and never magnanakaw queen."
"I have heard all the insults BUT the 1 thing that has never stuck is that kris aquino is a liar. Drama queen, possible... but definitely not lying queen and never magnanakaw queen."
