Bags of mangoes are being given away for free in Ilocos Sur

Residents in Salcedo, Ilocos Sur are enjoying an abundant harvest of mango that they decided to give them away for free.

YouScooper Emmylou Jomero shot a photo of plastic bags of mangoes hanging on a fence with a cardboard that read "Free."

The residents decided to just give the mangoes away instead of leaving them to rot. Their market after all, put a price drop for mangoes, which will cost consumers 10 pesos per kilo.
