A1's Ben Adams stumbles upon karaoke bar in Palawan, joins a lucky fan for a song!

Ben Adams of British boyband A1 was in El Nido, Palawan when he stumbled upon a karaoke bar.

Ever the fun-loving performer, he thought, why not join the locals for a song? 

El Nido resident Edith Rodriguez, a fan of A1, happened to be there and became the lucky fan to sing a duet with her idol. What else would they sing but an A1 song, right? The duo chose A1 original "Like a Rose."

She posted videos of her incredible encounter on Facebook and thanked Ben "for stopping by and for a quick song for us and a duet!" 

"I'm always [sic] been a fan of !a and especially you! This is such a memorable day for me! Yay!!" Edith gushed.

In another post, Rodriguez said that her encounter with the British singer-songwriter was a "dream come true."

She also shared that Adams believed she had a good voice, and that she should continue to sing.

Adams also posted about his experience on Twitter, saying he happened to drop by a karaoke bar in Palawan, and was able to sing a 'surprise duet' with Rodriguez.
