Vlogger Supercar Blondie gives Pinay employee cash for her son's college fund

Popular vlogger Supercar Blondie has given her Filipina employee cash to fund her son's college education.

In a video posted on Thursday, the social media personality whose real name is Alex Hirschi showed how she surprised Avelina, who has been with her team for two and a half years.

Alex pretended that she was doing a documentary and she needed to interview all her employees, but they were actually making the video for Avelina.

"A very special employee of mine has been saving up to send her son to college. I want to take this weight off her shoulders with this surprise," she said. "Thank you so much for all your hard work Avelina."

Alex said Avelina does everything for her team, including cleaning their office, cooking food, running errands, doing admin work, and even watching their dogs.

"I just want to say she means so much to me. I couldn't do what I do today without her," she said. "She is so integral to the Supercar Blondie family."

When it was Avelina's turn for the "interview," Alex enters the room with a bouquet of flowers and hands her the box of cash.

Avelina was overcome with happiness upon receiving the gifts, joking that she is now a "millionaire."

"We appreciate so much that you've had to leave your family behind and work with us in order to earn money and take it back to your family so we just wanted to help you out a little bit," Alex said. —MGP, GMA News
