Good Samaritans help ice cream vendor by buying all his products

A little kindness goes truly goes a long way especially in these tough times.

Netizen Patrick Mariano was moved when he spotted an elderly man selling ice cream under the pouring rain. He was only wearing a raincoat and cap, but seemed to have no intention on leaving.

But then a passing delivery truck stopped and its passengers approached the ice cream vendor. They bought all of his products so he could go home.

The Good Samaritans also refused to ask for change.

Mariano was able to document the incident, which occurred in Nangka, Marikina last Wednesday. He shared the photos online, touching the hearts of thousands of netizens.

He said that he hoped people would be able to help out the vendor, who resides in Batasan Hills. —JCB, GMA News
