Son's festive welcome for mom who just came from the grocery goes viral

A video of a son who festively welcomed his mother from the grocery has gone viral.

In the video, Marco Cantor is seen going out from their house, smiling from ear to ear, as he welcomes his mom Pinkie, who just came from the market.

“Ayan na ang pagdating ng ating kalahok na si Pinkie Cantor. Salubungin natin siya,” Marco said while using a microphone and portable speaker.

To add to to the fun, Marco decided to include music, as well, prompting Pinkie and her tricycle driver to join the fun and dance along.

According to Marco, he decided to do this after receiving a text from Pinkie that read “Lapit na kami, paki-salubong please,” while he was singing karaoke.

“Sabi kasi ni mama salubungin siya. Ayan tuloy nangyari,” he wrote in the caption of his post. He used the hashtag #BiglaangPiyesta.
