An aspiring fashion designer who works the fields in the Philippines has been delighting netizens with his runway-ready creations made entirely out of leaves.

Meet Adrian Gallano, better known on TikTok as the fabulous "Madam Pilikitok."

The Filipino content creator has gone viral on TikTok after showcasing some national costumes and gowns that he made from leaves and other unconventional materials.

He also likes to models his creations with a fierce beauty queen-esque walk.
