Hotel staff member in Pampanga returns lost PHP130K cash to owner

A hotel staff member in Mexico, Pampanga, has returned missing cash worth PHP130,000 to its owner.

On Claire Lacanilao’s “24 Oras” report on Wednesday, Arjay Montemayor said he did not hesitate to do the right thing when he found the money at their establishment.

“Kailangan natin gumawa pa rin ng mabuti para pagdating ng panahon, tayo’y mabigyan ng tagumpay ng nasa taas,” he said.

[We need to do good things so in the future, we’ll be rewarded by the Lord.]

For his good deed, Montemayor received gratitude and cash incentive from the owner of the money.
