Student brings daughter to graduation shoot, charms netizens

A student brought his daughter to his graduation shoot and charmed netizens and his schoolmates.

As seen on Mark Salazar’s “24 Oras” report Wednesday, Medel Irving Dumrique and his baby received lots of cheers from his friends during their shoot at the school.

Medel said he decided to bring his child because she served as his inspiration to do good in his studies.

“Pinakamasayang araw po ‘yon para sa ’kin and we know once in a lifetime lang yung gano’ng shoot, which is yung graduation [pictorial],” he said.

“Proud lang po ako na kahit may baby na ako, natapos ko din yung school ko at gusto ko po ay every achievement ko sa buhay, gusto ko kasama ko siya,” he added.

“Sabi ko sa sarili ko, kailangan may maganda akong future para sa anak ko and blessed po ako kasi supportive po yung family namin."

Medel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation. He was in third year when he and his partner welcomed their daughter.
