‘Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho’ named Top Media Publisher at TikTok Awards 2022!

“Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho” has won the Top Media Publisher Award at TikTok Awards Philippines 2022!

During the announcement of the winners on Saturday, KMJS was named the first winner of the award, which was created just this year.

GMA Public Affairs Assistant Vice President and KMJS Program Manager Lee Joseph “LJ” Castel went up on stage at New Frontier Theater in Araneta Center, Quezon City, during the ceremony to receive the award.

TikTok Awards 2022 was held as an in-person event after the first TikTok Awards in the Philippines last year, which was conducted online.

Apart from “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho,” “24 Oras” and “Unang Hirit” were also nominated for Top Media Publisher at this year’s TikTok Awards.

According to TikTok, the award would be given to the “media publisher that has achieved the most video views, engagements, and additional followers for the time period.”

GMA Network and YouLOL, the network’s comedy YouTube channel, were nominated for the Top Entertainment Award.

Kapuso artists Kyline Alcantara, Althea Ablan, Cassy Legaspi, and Dasuri Choi were shortlisted for Celebrity of the Year, while Kapuso girl group XOXO was among the contenders for P-Pop Group of the Year. – RC, GMA News
