A photo of Jessica Soho’s lookalike went viral online and netizens are loving their very close resemblance, calling her a “ka-multiverse ni Jessica.”

Meet Julie Buena, a fish vendor at a local market in Bato, Camarines Sur.

One day, after her stint of selling fish at the local market, Julie took a seat at a nearby store to rest.

The viral photo was uploaded by Lorenzo Salando, who said their townspeople would really think she is Jessica.

Julie’s resemblance to the GMA News Pillar has made her very popular in their market, with people poking jokes about it.

She added that among the jokes she hears would be “ang dami ko raw raket,” because she sells fish from Mondays to Saturdays, then appears on TV on Sundays.

But it's not just about popularity. According to Julie, being Jessica Soho's doppleganger has helped her business.

In the program, Julie also talked about her family, and how her late panganay, Judy, had wished for her to meet Jessica — a wish that the number one television program in the Philippines made happen last week.

Julie was asked to travel to the capital, thinking she was just going to do a challenge on "Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho."

But lo and behold, the award-winning journalist visited her on set and the two even "worked together," reading out a script together.

It's really all cute and fun but the encounter meant so much more to Julie, who could only think of her son Judy.

Sayang nga lang at hindi mo na naabutan ‘to," Julie said in her emotional message to her son. — LA, GMA News
