Procession of Nazarene replicas to be held Thursday in Manila
Replicas of the Black Nazarene will be paraded in Manila on Thursday ahead of the Feast of the Black Nazarene on Saturday, January 9.

Quiapo Church rector Msgr. Hernando Coronel will bless the replicas before they set off. The procession will begin at 2 p.m. at Plaza Miranda. It will turn left onto Quezon Boulevard, turn right on Recto Avenue, right on Loyola Street, right on Bilibid Viejo and Puyat Street, turn left on Z. P. Guzman Street (Mendoza Street), right on Hidalgo Street, left on Barbosa Street, right on Globo de Oro Street, right on Palanca Street, and right on Villalobos Street to return to Plaza Miranda.
The "pahalik"—during which devotees will be able to touch and kiss the real statue—will be held the next day at the Quirino Grandstand in Rizal Park.
On Saturday, Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle will celebrate Mass before the Traslacion carries the image from Quirino Grandstand to Quiapo Church. — BM, GMA News
