American alternative rock band Switchfoot is daring its fans to shake things up on Easter Sunday. The Grammy Award-winning band will hold a concert in Manila on March 27 at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater, Bonifacio Global City.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Church Simplified announced that the show will be free on a first come-first served basis in specific areas such as the concrete sitwalls and the standing areas around the perimeter of the amphitheater. But the main area on the ground level of the amphitheater will be reserved for ticket holders, sponsors, and event partners.

The organizers are yet to announce how fans can get tickets to the show.

Switchfoot’s gig is part of Church Simplified’s “Walkway,” an interactive exhibit on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ that will run from March 29 to April 5.

Church Simplified is a Makati City-based community composed of “people from various backgrounds, wrestling with the questions of faith in God and essence of what it means to be part of the church.”

The March 27 show will be Switchfoot’s third visit to the country. They first visited the Philippines in 2007, then followed it up with a show at the Philsports Arena in 2011.

Switchfoot is currently working on its 10th album, slated for release this year. The band’s hits include “Dare You To Move”, “Meant to Live”, “Only Hope”, and “Love Alone is Worth the Fight”. In 2011, it won the Grammy for Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album.
