Who is Pia Wurtzbach jealous of?

The most beautiful woman in the world and the sexiest doctor alive have both confirmed that they're dating, sharing photos of not-so-ordinary dates (helicopter ride, anyone?) and declaring "forever" on Twitter.

Aside from these photos and posts, Pia Wurtzbach and Mikhail Varshavski have maintained a relatively low-key profile...but on Thursday, the confidently beauty queen expressed feelings of jealousy. 

Varshavski posted a photo with his husky Roxy and eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot Wurtzbach's simple comment—her first on his Instagram account. 

Varshavski quickly responded to the beauty queen and advocated sharing.

The two met on New York Fashion Week and have been quietly seeing each other since, sharing photos of their dates on SnapChat. 

Although they are not officially in a relationship yet, Wurtzbach confirmed on April 14 that Varshavski is a "true gentleman" and that he is adjusting to Filipino culture—especially to the idea of "panliligaw." — RSJ, GMA News
