New ‘Finding Dory’ trailer hints at Dory’s lonely past
Animals from both sea and air join Dory in her search for her family in the new trailer for "Finding Dory."
The trailer, which premiered on The Ellen Show's YouTube Channel, hinted at an origin story set years before "Finding Nemo."
It featured a child's voice asking for her parents, suggesting that Dory may have been lost since she was a guppy.
But the bubbly blue tang is determined to find her home, the search landing her in a marine life institute.
Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres will once again give life to the forgetful character, along with Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell, Kaitlin Olson, Albert Brooks, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy.
"Finding Dory" will hit the cinemas on June 15. —Jessica Bartolome/KG, GMA News
