Bb. Pilipinas International Kylie Verzosa bumps into President Duterte in Japan

Beauty queen Kylie Verzosa feels the "luckiest" on Tuesday after a special encounter during rehearsals for the Miss International pageant in Tokyo, Japan. 

Verzosa posted a selfie with President Rodrigo Duterte, who was also in Japan for an official visit. 

"I am the luckiest!!! President Duterte at his state visit to Japan, felt at home with all the Filipinos. Thank you for all your good energy, thank you to everyone who made this possible," Verzosa wrote as the caption to the photo.
