The festive lights will go on all around the campus at 6 p.m., while the concert will start at 7 p.m. in the UST Chapel. Among the acclaimed performers will be conductor Prof. Herminigildo Ranera, maestro Ryan Cayabyab, the UST Singers, the all-student UST Symphony Orchestra, and Thomasian choral groups Coro Tomasino and Liturgikon Ensemble. They will be joined by the UST High School Glee Club in their first appearance at the annual even, and students from the UST Conservatory of Music.

The concert will also coincide with the university's conclusion of its celebration of 800 years of the Dominican order, which founded UST in 1611 and which still administers the school.

In addition, UST will hold a Paskuhan Mass at the UST Grandstand on December 15 at 5:30 p.m. — BM, GMA News
