Students from Fort Bonifacio High School and employees of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday got to work painting a 125-meter wall on Kalayaan Avenue in Makati City.

Part of a street improvement campaign with the aim to make the streets safer and more pedestrian-friendly, the mural depicts whales and an ocean environment. According to MMDA Assistant General Manager Julia Nebrija in a Facebook post, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources also provided 350 plants and trees for the event, while the Climate Change Commission provided "support and guidance."
