BTS announces world tour, PHL not included in Asian leg
Popular South Korean boy band BTS announced its "Map of the Soul" World Tour on Wednesday, but the Philippines is not included in the tour's Asian leg.
The only Asian country included in the tour schedule is Japan.

According to BigHit Entertainment's Twitter account, the group will kick-off its first performance in Seoul, Korea at the Olympic Stadium on April 11.
The "Map of the Soul" Tour will run from April to September. It will tour several regions in the US, Canada, UK, Spain and Japan.
Interestingly, the recently-released tour schedule featured a stopover that is yet to be named. BTS will be holding its June 13 and 14 concerts in the said location.
In 2017, the famous Korean boy band held a two-day concert in Manila. Concert tickets from the BTS' Wings Tour were reportedly sold out on the first day of sales.
BTS is composed of seven members, namely: V, Jungkook, Jimin, Suga, Jin, RM and J-Hope.
In 2018, the Korean boy band made K-Pop history by topping the Billboard 200 music charts. —Angelica Y. Yang/MGP, GMA News
