Philippine bet Roberta Tamondog has been crowned as Miss Eco Teen International 2020!
On Instagram Sunday, the organization Miss Eco Teen International announced the Philippines as the winner of the pageant, the coronation night of which was held at the Pickalbatros Resort in Egypt.
They posted a photo of Roberto wearing the title sash and the crown.
"Congratulations to the Philippines winner of Miss Eco Teen International 2020 congratulations to the Philippines ???????? @roberta.tamondong congratulations ???? thank you our host @pickalbatros,"" Miss Eco Teen International wrote in the caption of their post.
The teen beauty queen also won Best Eco Dress for her eco-friendly and multi-colored Filipiniana created using recycled plastic bags, rice sacks, and plastic beads.
"In support to the banning of plastic in the country and to support the Philippine government’s Reduce, Reuse and Recycle program, My team and I decided and came up with a multi-colored modern Filipiniana-inspired serpentine dress entirely made of eco-friendly recycled plastic bags and rice sack embellished with plastic beads," Roberta wrote in the caption of her post sharing a photo of the dress.
