Pia Wurtzbach is rooting for ‘sister’ Celeste Cortesi

Pia Wurtzbach showed support for her “sister” Celeste Cortesi in her latest Instagram post.

Celeste attended an early birthday party for Pia, which was organized by Jonas Antonio Gaffud, one of the mentors for the Miss Universe 2015 titleholder and the head honcho of Miss Universe Philippines.

According to Pia, the last time she got to bond with her “Mama J” was in 2019. Though they saw each other at this year’s Miss Universe Philippines pageant, they were so busy that they could not hang out.

“I’m so grateful you made it possible for us to get together with the Empire fam,” Pia said.

“Big thank you to everyone for coming kahit alam kong busy kayo,” she said.

To end her caption, Pia told her followers to “swipe til last for a photo with my sister who I’m rooting for to get that Crown.”

At the very end of her carousel is a photo of Pia with Celeste looking so gorgeous together.

Celeste commented on Pia’s post, “What a fun night! Thank you Pia.” Among the emojis she used was of a crown.

Celeste will be representing the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant.

The organization announced that the pageant will be held on January 14, 2023 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
