Incubus lead singer Brandon Boyd on Heart Evangelista's artwork: 'So gorgeous'

Brandon Boyd, lead singer of the rock band Incubus, has declared his love for Heart Evangelista’s artwork.

In an Instagram post, he wrote, "I love Heart’s paintings and I know you will too!"

On his Instagram Stories, which the Kapuso celebrity reposted, Brandon said Heart's debut print is "so gorgeous."

Heart is part of Brandon's Moonlight Arts Collective, an evolving community of artists who "moonlight" to create artwork in all forms, offering unique artist editions, events, exhibits, and more.

On the collective's website, Heart just dropped her debut solo print edition of her artwork, "Love's First Bloom."

In Moonlight Arts Collective Instagram, Heart said it was a part of her very first collection and launch as a painter under her real name, Love Marie.

“I was afraid of the judgement and all of that, I didn’t want people to know that it was me in the beginning. So they didn’t have all these thoughts of she’s a reality tv star or whatever," she wrote.

She also called the piece "super special."

"It’s just lovely because when I paint, especially as someone who’s a public figure, you think subconsciously what everybody is saying. With this I did not care at all, and it was beautiful," she added.

"It just shows what happens when you don’t care, and you can just be yourself. Allow someone to be themselves and that’s where the magic begins," she concluded.

"Love's First Bloom" is the latest addition to the collective's collection celebrating Women’s History Month this March.

Every limited-edition print has been hand signed and numbered by Heart. It's an archival pigment print that comes on 290gsm fine art paper. It is unframed.

The print is available in two sizes: standard edition (15 x 15 inches) and international edition (30 x 30 inches).

As part of the collective, Heart and Brandon also previously collaborated on an artwork called, "Neon People." The two first met in August 2021 to work on the project.

On the Moonlight Arts Collective website, "Love's First Bloom" in the standard-edition size and international-edition size retail for $300 and $1,000, respectively, each with an interest-free installment plan available.
