Manila International Film Festival announces new 2025 schedule

The Manila International Film Festival (MIFF) has announced new dates for its 2025 event after being postponed earlier this month due to the Los Angeles wildfires.

According to its Facebook post, this year’s MIFF is now set for March 4 to 7 at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard.

The four-day event will include screenings and Q&A sessions with the filmmakers and stars.

MIFF 2025 will cap off with an Awards Gala Night at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

The MIFF was launched last year, showcasing all 10 entries at the Metro Manila Film Festival 2023, including Best Picture "Firefly."

This year, it will once again feature all the MMFF 2024 entries, including Best Picture "Green Bones," and other films like "Hello, Love, Again," "Genghis Khan," and "Song of the Fireflies." —Carby Rose Basina/JCB, GMA Integrated News
