NCCA, Catriona Gray launch National Arts Month 2025

With the help of its Arts Ambassador, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts on Monday launched the celebration of National Arts Month at an event in Intramuros, Manila.

A nationwide celebration of the Philippines' diverse heritage and culture, National Arts Month was established in 1991 by President Corazon Aquino with Presidential Proclamation No. 683, which also designated the NCCA as the lead agency for the commemoration of the month. This year's theme is “Ani ng Sining, Diwa at Damdamin.”

Over the weekend the Cultural Center of the Philippines kicked off the month-long celebration with Pasinaya 2025. — BM, GMA Integrated News
