Emma Tiglao says Miss Grand Philippines 2025 win 'belongs to everyone who prayed for me, guided me, believed in me, and never left my side'
Emma Tiglao has been named Miss Grand Philippines 2025 and on Instagram, she shared her win with "everyone who prayed for me, guided me, believed in me, and never left my side."
"Maraming salamat po from the bottom of my heart. This crown is for you," she added as she leveled herself. "Hindi pa tayo tapos, may isa pa tayong ilalaban," Emma said.
The pageant veteran began her post with a nod to all her past attempts at winning a crown. "It wasn’t the quantity of waiting time, but the quality of the dream I held on to," Emma said as she recounted her sacrifices and struggles that "led me to this moment."
"And with all my heart, I can truly say it was worth it," she said.
Emma ended her post with a reminder that pageantry should never be about negativity.
"Words are powerful enough to inspire hope or cause pain. Let’s choose to uplift, to encourage, and to celebrate each other’s dreams. Because at the end of the day, we are all dreamers, each waiting for the moment destiny calls our name," Emma said.
She signed off her little note stepping into her new role: Emma Mary Tiglao, Miss Grand Philippines 2025!
The Pampangueña beauty is a pageant veteran who previously competed in Miss Intercontinental 2019 and finished in the Top 20.
Emma will wear the Philippines' sash and vie for the country's second golden crown at the Miss Grand International pageant happening in Bangkok, Thailand, in October.
