Intramuros offers free walking tours every weekend

Your weekends are bound to be more enriching with free walking tours in Intramuros!

According to the Intramuros Administration, free walking tours are available at Fort Santiago and Casa Manila every Saturday and Sunday. 

The tours, which last an hour for Fort Santiago and 30 minutes for Casa Manila, are led by knowledgeable guides accredited by the Department of Tourism. 

The tours will be conducted at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. only for walk-in participants, limited to 25 slots per batch. 

Entrance fees still apply for visitors, which are priced at P75 for regular visitors and P50 for students, senior citizens, and persons wtih disabilities. 

Here's the weekend schedule of Fort Santiago and Casa manila

Fort Santiago

• Saturday and Sunday: 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (last entry at 8:30 p.m.)

Casa Manila

• Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last entry at 5 p.m.)
