FDCP's Cinematheque Centre Manila to open in Intramuros this March

The Cinematheque Centre Manila is set to open in its new location in Intramuros this March!

The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) shared via social media a short clip of the new cinematheque, equipped with sleek seats, speakers, and a large screen. 

The video also teased the cinema's opening, "Your seat awaits. March 2026." 

"A new home for cinema in Metro Manila, where stories come alive on the big screen within the historic walls of Intramuros," the post's caption also read. 

Cinematheque Centre Manila was previously located along TM Kalaw Street in Ermita, Manila. 

The FDCP also operates Cinematheque Centres in Davao, Iloilo, Negros, and Nabunturan.
