Kuya Kim marks daughter Emman's 1st death anniversary

Kuya Kim Atienza marked the first death anniversary of his daughter, Emman Atienza.

On Instagram Stories, the Kapuso host shared a photo of Emman’s memorial site with a bouquet of white lilies, sampaguita flowers, two bags of chips, and a lit candle placed beneath her nameplate.

“1 year emmansky. Your advocacy lives on,” Kuya Kim wrote.

On Threads, he shared a poster of Emman and said "a little kindness saves lives. Here's to better days."

Emman passed away on October 22, 2025. She was 19.

In her last broadcast message on Instagram, posted on September 1, 2025, she opened up about the pressures of social media and taking a break from TikTok.

Since Emman's death, Kuya Kim has been advocating for mental health and kindness. He would often offer help to strangers struggling with their mental health.
