PHLPost said it will issue 200,000 of the stamps, which will feature scented ink and come in four designs, and in P25 denominations.
The stamps will be issued from Aug. 1 until July 31, 2015.
According to PHLPost, Aquino took an "active interest" in painting under the tutelage of artist Jeffrey Consumo.
"Next to prayer, painting became a favored mode of keeping her mind active and her sense of humanity intact. Although she has participated in a joint exhibit with friends and has sold some of her works to raise funds for her advocacies, she does not profess to be a professional painter. She likes to paint flowers and women, usually in oil or acrylic on canvas," it said.

The paintings to be featured on the stamps are "Enchanting Blossoms" and "Fifth Painting," owned by Metrobank's George Ty; "Over-flowing with good wishes," owned by Miguel Belmonte; and "Blooms of Unity" owned by Lilia de Lima.
The souvenir sheet will feature "Rosary and Roses Series," owned by tycoon Manuel Pangilinan.
Aquino, the mother of incumbent President Benigno Aquino III, was catapulted to the presidency following the EDSA-1 revolt in 1986.
